Of the 13 lots which are available for sale, only 7 (seven) lots can be designated as residential dwelling units.

Construction of a dwelling unit is subject to a recorded amendment to the Declaration.

If purchasing a unit as a non-dwelling unit, or for aviation related commercial purposes, a 20% discount applies to the listed price. This offer of a discounted price is subject to change as units are sold.

Any commercial use is limited to aviation related businesses.

Definitions:

Dwelling unit means one or more rooms, providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation.

Cabin means any residential building no greater than 800 square feet in gross floor area.
